Publish - Anderson Science Publishing

It must be a book laid out in one of the book formats:

60x90 1/16
Paper size: 14.5 cm x 21.5 cm
Text field: 11.5 cm x 18.5 cm (including header and footer)
70 x 100 1/16
Paper size: 17 cm x 24 cm
Text field: 13 cm x 20 cm (including header and footer)

There must be a title page (page one of the book) containing the book title, the author's name, the publisher's name and the year of publication.
There must be a copyright page (page two of the book) containing the author's copyright as well as the copyright text from our website (see below).
There should be a table of contents with page numbers.
Page numbers must be inserted on all pages with the exception of the title page and copyright page (first two pages of the book).
Subject index list welcome!

The author must place on the copyright page of the book:

a summary of the published book (on top of the copyright page);
a copyright text that is below (under the book's symmary);
ISBN number (below the copyright text);
the publisher's name (under the copyright text);
"Published in the UK" (on bottom of the copyright page).
